We’re a remote-first team working across time zones. But “remote” doesn’t mean disconnected. We use async communication (Loom, Slack, Notion) and weekly “coffee chats” where no work talk is allowed. The result? Deep trust and flexibility that fuels creativity.
Muhammad Usman Bashir, our CEO, Founder & Owner, leads the vision and direction of Raganor Digital. Mudasir Hussain, our Co-Founder, works alongside Usman to build and grow the agency. Shoaib Hassan is our Client Branding Specialist — delivering product branding and rebranding projects for clients from the ground up. Beyond the three core founders, our team also includes a dedicated SEO specialist, a UI/UX designer, and a developer — each focused on delivering their craft at the highest level.
